The client was selling the 2 bedroom property and the house contained a lot of sellable items.
There was no shed or garage just a loft but it didn't contain anything valuable just waste and rubbish.
The furniture that was still in the house was relatively new only a few months old so could easily reach a good value.
The property contained a lot of electrical items such as T.V and kitchen appliances etc.
Although we had to remove the carpets.
We paid the client £345.00

There is a shed in the back garden and no garage.
The furniture was quite dated and a few items had a good value.
A lot of the kitchen appliances were very modern and in good condition.
Most of the property had rubbish to clear.

This client wasn't selling and instead renovating so the property was to be cleared.
A lot of the furniture was sellable and the property also had a garage also to be cleared.
There wasn't a lot of waste in the property but a bit of rubbish in the garage.
We charged £298.00
