House Clearance Redbridge
We just recently carried out rubbish clearance in Redbridge.
The owners of the property were moving out and were taking most of their items with them. Usually in our house clearances or rubbish clearances the clients take a few items and the rest goes to waste or we can resell it in our second hand store.
Once the clients took the items they wanted their wasn't much left in the house apart from rubbish, any items left lacked in value and would make too little for us to sell.
The house was semi detached which didn't leave a lot of room for us to work as we had to make sure we were considerate to the neighbours.
Most waste was either carried out through the front door or if the amount of waste or unwanted items were too big or risked ruining, possibly damaging the property, they were to be carried out the back gate, located at the side of the property.
The house contained a loft which was full of old and damaged furniture, most of which had to be carefully moved through the house as it was a little dirty and we didn't want to mark the walls. Some items had to disassembled as they would cause a lot of hassle trying to weave them through the narrow corridors of the property.
The house accumulated a lot of waste and rubbish but was swiftly dealt with and ready to be sent off to be disposed of.
