Maylandsea House Clearance and Rubbish Clearance Case Study

Chapel and Chapel recently performed a house clearance and rubbish clearance in Maylandsea, the owner of the property had a loft full of many interesting items. The resident was a former shop owner, sadly the shop was closed a few years ago before the owner moved to Maylandsea, and kept some items from the shop he used to own. We were fortunate enough to be able to take some items for our own second hand store.

One item from the property is a CASIO cash register, it was barely used as the owner moved shortly after purchasing it and didn't have a chance to use it in the store for very long.

It's still in a great working condition and a nice new addition to our store.

Another item we collected from the property that was also used in the owners old shop was an old safe. The safe shows clear signs of age and damage but still locks and closes fine and even has all the keys.

Even with the marks and wear its still an interesting and eye catching antique that we were happy to take off the owner's hands.

Not every item was part of the shop and the client had a lot of new items in their home that we had the privilege to take.

For example this dining table and chairs were practically brand new and barely had a scratch, the unusual shape of the chairs and the shade of the wood would make this an easy sell for us.

This was a great clearance that we were happy to help with and we scored some excellent items that would look good in our store.
