The owner of the property had sadly passed away and the family needed the property cleared of all the waste and unwanted items. The items they planned to keep, but were too big to take at the time, were to be put in storage that would be arranged by us.
The property was mostly clear due to the family disposing of most of the waste before we arrived we just had to take care of the heavy stuff such as broken furniture and some old rusted and broken materials in the garden.
The job was simple to take care of starting with the house's contents and finishing in the garden, we made sure that all waste was cleared and the property was left spotless. We recycle everything we can, and tip as little as possible.
Unfortunately the contents left in the property wasn't in a great condition and not re-sellable so no items would be taken to our store.
However we were able to utilise our probate valuation service and offer the family values for the items they planned to keep.
Within a few hours all of our services were completed and we were able to help relieve the family of this stressful process during this difficult time.
